Material studied. 4 ♂♂, China, Guangxi Province, Lin'gui County, Huaping National Reserve, Anjiangping, 1400–1700 m, 17.vii.2011, He W.-J. & Tang L. leg. ( SNUC, cPJ).

Remarks. Cephennodes qiongdaoanus was described on the basis of specimens collected in Hainan Island. As demonstrated in the present study, it occurs also in the mainland of China.
