Subgenus Lissodendoryx Topsent, 1892 View in CoL

Definition: Lissodendoryx with a full complement of megascleres including ectosomal tylotornotes and choanosomal styles, which may or not bear spines; without a smaller category of echinating acanthostyles. Microscleres include arcuate isochelae and sigmas, which may be absent. Raphides may be present (Van Soest 2002).
