Specimens examined. 1 male (photographed), 2 females (one of them photographed), CHINA: Hinggan Meng (45°03'N, 121°28'E), Nei Mongol Autonomous Region, 2.VII.1987; 1 female, CHINA: Kazak Autonomous County of Mori (43°49'N, 90°17'E), Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, 22.VII. 1992.

Diagnosis. Small size, total length 2.68 (male), 2.65 (female); general coloration light yellow, hemelytra and scutellum with dark spots, pronotum without any spots; dorsum covered with recumbent, dark, simple setae and silvery setae; frons projecting, with dark radial stripes; vertex with a transverse row of dark spots near the posterior margin; antennal segment I completely black, segments II, III, and IV pale; labium reaching to hind coxae; tibial spines dark with black base, all tibiae darkened at base, sometimes not very obvious. Male genitalia ( Figs. 52–55 View FIGURES 48 – 63 ): Endosoma relatively small, about sigmoid, slightly forked at end of apical spine.

Host plants. Artemisia gallica ( Linnavuori, 1971) , Artemisia monogyna , Artemisia obtusitoloba and Atriplex cana ( Konstantinov, 2006).

Distribution. China (Nei Mongol, Xinjiang), Russia, France, Spain, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Crimea, Armenia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Egypt, USA.
