Generitype of Fuchsia Linnaeus.

Current name: Fuchsia triphylla L. View in CoL View at ENA ( Onagraceae ).

Note: Munz (in Proc. Calif. Acad. Sci., ser. 4, 43: 1. 1943) indicated that Linnaeus based this on Plumier’s description and figure. Wright (1979) later formalised this as a typification.
