Pristimantis bogotensis (Peters, 1863) View in CoL
Materials examined. COLOMBIA • 1 adult ♂; Santan der, municipality of Sucre, La Pradera, Fontibón; 05 °
51′53′′ N, 073°54′37′′ W, 2574 m a.s.l.; 23 Jun. 2017; Di- ego Escamilla leg.
Identification. Our specimens were identified as P. bogotensis based on the characters given by Werner (1916): tympanum transparent, half the diameter of the eye; supratympanic fold distinct; toe webbing basal.
Remarks. This is a rare species; we recorded only two individuals, both from the interior of the large forest fragment ( Fig. 2A View Figure 2 ). The preferred microhabitat of P. bogotensis was low branch, close to the ground. This species was nocturnal.
