Material examined: “ Ghana, Tafo, ix-x-1967, E.D. Boafo ”, / “ Thaumaglossa rufotestacea m. V. Kalík det. 1981”, 2 males, J. Háva det. , (1 CNCI, 1 JHAC).
Distribution: Species known from Equatorial Guinea. New for Ghana.
Remarks: The unidentified material deposited in CNCI included two undescribed male specimens determined as Thaumaglossa rufotestacea m. V. Kalík det. 1981. Recently described species Thaumaglossa escalerai Herrmann & Háva, 2013 is identical in all morphological characters.
