Notes

Native to South America and introduced as a winter forage worldwide ( Hamzeh'ee et al. 2007). In Hungary, this species has very few records ( Barina 2006, Kovács and Mesterházy 2015, Király and Király 2018 and Molnár et al. 2019). It had not been found in Budapest before.
