Putative synapomorphies:—basal leaf single, pentangular in transverse section; tunic reticulate, fibrous, fibrous-papery; inflorescence umbellate; filament glabrous; tepals yellow adaxially, acuminate to long acuminate at the apex, hardened and enlarged after anthesis.
