*105. Tirumala petiverana ( Doubleday, 1847) View in CoL

WL: 43mm. The species is centred on the Guinea savanna and occurs in West Africa from Senegal to Nigeria, and southwards to Botswana and the northern Transvaal . Like the genus, the species is now reported for the first time from Guinea-Bissau, although its presence in the country was already foreseen (Larsen, 2005). The caterpillars are reported to feed on some species of Asclepiadaceae .
