LI nennt diese Art für Liaoning, Jilin und Heilongjian, Shanxi, Taiwan, Jiangsu, Shandong, Hebei, Hubei, Beijing und Tianjin. Ich habe bisher kein chinesisches Stück gesehen und möchte vorerst nur die ersten drei genannten Provinzen für wahrscheinlich halten. Die Art ist aus Russland (Sibirien, Ferner Osten) und Korea sicher bekannt, sie gehört zu den holarktischen Stenus View in CoL -Arten.
