Host plants/gall: Q. fr., Q. pet ., Q. pub ., Q. r.—lenticulare galls ( 2–3 mm Ø) on lower surface of the leaves (- a -); spherical galls ( 4–6 mm Ø) protruding on both sides of the leaf (- s -).

Distribution in Dobrogea: the forests—Caraorman and Letea into Danube Delta TL county ( Mustaţӑ & Andriescu, 1994), Cheia, Dumbrӑveni, Esechioi, Neptun (Comorova forest), CT county (Şchiopu, herein recorded).
