Host plants/gall: Q. fr., Q. pet ., Q. pub ., Q. r., Q. cer . (?)—galls (± 3 mm Ø) grouped on leaves underside, along the midrib (- a -); monolocular galls, like biconvex lenses ( 3 mm Ø), visible on both side of leaves (- s -).

Distribution in Dobrogea: CocoŞ Monastery environs ( Borcea, 1912), Babadag forest ( Ionescu & Kierych, 1966) TL county, Dobrogea Province ( Ionescu, 1973; NeacŞu, 2006), Şipotele forest CT county (Şchiopu, herein recorded).
