Other material examined. 9 juv., same data as holotype ( SNU) GoogleMaps ; 3 juv., 18–19.viii.2020, other data same as holotype ( SNU) GoogleMaps .

Etymology. The specific name is derived from Latin verb innuta meaning “beckon to” referring to the shape of retrolateral tibial apophysis.

Diagnosis. Falcileptoneta innuta sp. nov. can be separated from all Falcileptoneta species except F. jindoensis sp. nov. by the following combination: abdomen with row of white chevron patterns; palpal tibia and tarsus without small projection, RTA semi-transparent, median sclerite shoehorn-like, bulb with sickle-like embolus tip. Separated from F. jindoensis sp. nov. by a clear boundary of chevron patterns in abdomen (faint boundary in F. jindoensis sp. nov.), needle-like prolateral sclerite (blade-like in F. jindoensis sp. nov.).

Description. Male (Holotype). Habitus as in Fig. 6A, B View FIGURE 6 . Body length 1.84. Prosoma dark brown but gradually lighter towards central region, with three setae scattered in thoracic area, one in front of AER, and two between AME and PME, 0.81 long, 0.72 wide, 1.13 times longer than wide; eyes six well developed. Sternum shield shape slightly protruded wide posteriorly, 0.55 long, 0.52 wide. Endite L-shaped, longer than wide. Legs thin and elongated, femur I 2.00 times longer than prosoma length, leg formula I-IV-II-III, measurements: I 6.12 (1.60, 0.28, 1.95, 1.46, 0.83); II 4.81 (1.32, 0.27, 1.41, 1.06, 0.75); III 4.04 (1.09, 0.25, 1.14, 0.95, 0.61); IV 5.61 (1.49, 0.28, 1.72, 1.34, 0.78); palp 1.37 (0.53, 0.21, 0.30, 0.33). Palp ( Fig. 6C–F View FIGURE 6 ): femur without row of strong spine; patella slightly elongated; tibia with three trichobothrium; retrolateral tibial apophysis semi-transparent, with a sharp and curved bending process apically; tarsus unbranched, apically blunt with dense of long setae; palpal bulb oval, 1.69 times longer than wide, with developed sickle-like embolus tip, and three types of sclerite: median sclerite shoehorn-like, prolateral sclerite dark and needle shape, retrolateral sclerite membranous. Opisthosoma dark brown and oval with eight to nine white chevron patterns decreasing in width posteriorly, 1.03 long, 0.70 wide.

Female. Habitus as in Fig. 7A, B View FIGURE 7 . Similar to male in general appearance and coloration but slightly larger than male in body size. Total length 2.01. Prosoma dark brown, coloration and arrangement of prosomal setae similar to male, 0.86 long 0.76 wide, 1.13 times longer than wide; eyes six. Sternum shield shape, widely protruded posteriorly, 0.57 long, 0.93 wide. Legs thin and elongated, femur I 1.78 times longer than prosoma length, leg formula I-IV-II-III, measurements: I 6.00 (1.53, 0.32, 1.90, 1.35, 0.90); II 4.53 (1.30, 0.28, 1.38, 1.02, 0.55); III 4.08 (1.10, 0.29, 1.13, 0.94, 0.62); IV 5.50 (1.46, 0.29, 1.69, 1.29, 0.77); Palp 1.62 (0.51, 0.19, 0.40, 0.52). Opisthosoma brown with white chaperons, arrangement similar to male, 1.15 long, 0.93 wide. Internal genitalia ( Fig. 7C View FIGURE 7 ): atrium rectangular; posterior margin with short and fine setae; spermathecae stalk coiled once; spermathecae oval heading downwards.

Habitat information. This species was found in litter and between rock piles in mixed forests.

Distribution. South Korea (Wando Is., Wando-gun, Jeollanam-do) ( Fig. 13 View FIGURE 13 ).
