Distribution in Iran: Kermanshah Province.

General distribution: Palaearctic ( Algeria, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Greece, Iran [new record], Italy, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Turkey, former Yugoslavia) ( Yu et al. 2016).

Diagnosis (Female). Body length 11.2–11.5 mm, fore wing length 7.4–7.5 mm, ovipositor 14.3–14.5 mm. Malar space 1.2 × as long as basal width of the mandible. Frons weakly concave and punctate ( Fig. 1A View FIGURE 1 ). Head behind the eyes not long (0.3 × as long as eyes), curved and weakly narrowed laterally, in dorsal view ( Fig. 1B View FIGURE 1 ). Temple constricted behind, 0.57 × as wide as the eye in lateral view ( Fig. 1C View FIGURE 1 ). Notaulus distinct ( Fig. 1D View FIGURE 1 ). Mesoscutum polished, strongly punctate. Propodeum ( Fig. 1E View FIGURE 1 ) with basal transverse carina entire, basal area weakly present. Apical transverse carinae of propodeum absent. First metasomal segment ( Fig. 1F View FIGURE 1 ) rather gradually widened to its apex, without a lateral triangular tooth basally. Postpetiole rather weakly convex in lateral view. Fore wing ( Fig. 1G View FIGURE 1 ) with vein r-m present.Areolet large and pentagonal with sides weakly convergent forward. Vein 1m-cu 1.8 × as long as 1/Cu. Hind wing ( Fig. 1H View FIGURE 1 ) with 1/Cu longer than cu-a. Ovipositor 4.5 × as long as the hind tibia ( Fig. 1I View FIGURE 1 ). Body black; femora, tibiae, tarsi and second to seventh tergites reddish.
