REMARK
The genus Telenomus in general can be characterized by the following set of character states: female antenna with 11 and basiconic sensilla present on apical four antennomeres; males with 12 antenomeres; frons predominantly smooth and shining without facial striae; eyes setose; notauli absent; scutellum smooth; T2 as long as or longer than wide. Though all the character states mentioned above have some exceptions, absence of facial striae and T2 as long as or longer than wide are consistent in most species of Telenomus ( Johnson 1984; Talamas et al. 2015).
