Diagnosis: Length 2.3 mm; width 1.7 mm. Dorsal color black to dark brown, except clypeus yellow to pale brown, anterolateral angles of pronotum orange to pale brown, and apical two-thirds of elytra yellow, orange or pale brown ( Fig. 1 ); ventral color black, except mouthparts, antennae and last three or four ventrites yellow, orange or pale brown. Males with first ventrite unmodified; fifth and sixth ventrites strongly emarginate. Male genitalia with parameres almost as long as penis guide ( Figs. 8, 9 ).

Material Examined: Two specimens ( FIC) .

Distribution: North America ( Gordon 1976, 1985). In Mexico, this species has been collected in the state of Michoacán ( Juárez-Monroy 1986).

New Localities: OAXACA: ( 1♀, 1♂) Oaxaca ( FIC) .
