Vernacular Names: Secretive Dwarf Squirrel.

Synonyms: Prosciurillus obscurus Moore 1959 .

Distribution: Known only from the type locality in SE Sulawesi.

Conservation: IUCN – Vulnerable.

Discussion: Includes obscurus , probably a nomen nudum; see Moore (1959:203).
