Type locality and holotype specimen: Philippines, Camiguin, Mt. Hibok-hibok, on the northwest side of Nacawa volcano (1,800– 3,000 ft. elev.) ( CAS-SU 22055 View Materials ) .

Philippine distribution: Camiguin Sur (Endemic).
