Trigonura Sichel, 1866 View in CoL View at ENA
The genus Trigonura includes 30 described species with four species recorded from the West Palaearctic. So far as their biology is known, members of Trigonura are parasitoids of xylophagous Coleoptera ( Buprestidae , Curculionidae Scolytinae ) (Burks 1959; Bouček 1988b; Narendran, 1989). Trigonura ruficaudis (Cameron, 1913) and T. ninae (Nikol'skaya, 1952) were reported from Iran (Lotfalizadeh et al. 2012) but the two names were recently discovered to be synonyms (Delvare 2017).
