Remarks. This species was described from Zhejiang Province, and previously not reported elsewhere (Yang & Li 2016). The above male is a new record for Guangxi. Rhopalopsole furcata Yang & Yang, 1994 , R. furcospina , and R. sinensis were considered indistinguishable, recognized as a species complex by Sivec et al. (2008), reporting specimens belonging to these species under the name R. furcospina Wu Complex from various Chinese provinces and Hong Kong ( Sivec et al. 2008). Later , Qian & Du (2012a) reported distinguishing characters of the terminalia of these closely related species on the basis of examination of the types. We found that R. furcata differs from the other two by lack of distinct lateral bars on central plate of tergum 10, while R. sinensis is uinque in having a long apical whorl of hairs on antennomeres ( Figs. 20–21 View FIGURES 16 – 21 ).
