Comments. New specimen records extend known occurrence for this species to Bodega Canyon and Pt. Sur in northern California. Most records from this species are known from Southern California, Mexico and Baja California. Records below 1000 m also appear to be at the lower bathymetric range for this species.
Occurrence. Bodega Canyon (Sonoma County), Pt. Sur to Southern California, Mexico to Peru. 366–1811 m.
