Flowering in Jun; fruiting in Jul-Aug.

Conservation status.

This rare species is included in the Red Book of Kazakhstan (category II) and is protected within the territory of two State Nature Reserves: “Sogrov” and "Floodplain of the Irtysh River".

Notes.

The report of Cypripedium guttatum for the Kostanay Region is doubtful since we have not found herbarium collections from these areas, including the herbarium of Kostanay Pedagogical University (KSPI), where the Pugachev collections are stored.
