Observations. ARGENTINA • 1♀; Corrientes, La Cruz, Paraje Tres Cerros; 29°09′33′′S, 056°51′51′′W. A male observed in August and October 2014 in grasslands of Cerro Capará GoogleMaps .

Identification. Rare in the study area. Crown grey to blackish, finely striped with white; breast and flanks cin- namon; bill and legs black. A small bird; similar in size to Culicivora caudacuta (Vieillot, 1818) , but this species has a conspicuous, white supercilium.

Observations. ARGENTINA • Multiple ♂ and ♀; Cor- rientes, La Cruz, Paraje Tres Cerros; 29°06′33′′S, 056° 55′39′′W. Recorded in forest near Cerro Nazareno GoogleMaps .

Identification. Very small; face, crown, and wing bars rufous; throat and underparts grayish.
