Observations. ARGENTINA • Multiple ♂ and ♀; Cor- rientes, La Cruz, Paraje Tres Cerros; 29°09′23′′S, 056° 50′41′′W. Summer visitant. Recorded in open grasslands and perching on fences. Recorded every year in spring and summer, between September and March. GoogleMaps
Identification. Similar to P. tapera , but it has a shiny, blue back.
