Branches short, densely leafy. Leaves arachnoid-tomentose, the cauline lanceolate, hastate at the base, the uppermost closely subtending capitula. Appendages triangular-lanceolate, covering bracts, the fimbriae c. 2-5 mm, 10 on each side, flexuous. N. Spain.
