Type:— CHINA. Zhejiang [Chekiang]: Pingyang, Nan Yan Dang, Xian Gu Dong, 15 July 1934, S. Chen 3564 ( PE00023071 , lectotype designated by Lin et al. 2008a; isolectotypes IBSC0373559 About IBSC , NAS00070407 About NAS , PE00023071 , PE00734086 ) . One of the remaining syntypes: CHINA. Zhejiang: Pingyang, 4 August 1932, Y. Y. Ho 1528 ( CQNM0001154 About CQNM , NAS00070406 About NAS , PE00023070 , PE00734085 ).
Note: —This variety was neglected in the account of Ficus in Chinese floras (e.g. Chang et al. 1998, Zhou & Gilbert 2003), and Lin et al (2008a) did not mention its identity either when lectotypifying this name.
