Specimens examined. PERU. Ayacucho: Lucanas, route PE-30A, km 103, 4 km east of Abra Condorcenca , 3947 m, 14º38′28.1”S, 74º17′57.8”W, 27 Sep 2012, bark of Polylepis sp. , Lado 21835b (MA-Fungi 94606), Lado 21855b (MA-Fungi 94622) .

Notes. The features of the Peruvian specimens ( Fig. 3C ) matched those described by Poulain et al. (2011) except for the larger diameter of the dictydine granules in the calyculus, 1–2.5 µm, vs. 0.5–1 µm.
