Diagnosis: This species is similar to Neriene albolimbata (Karsch, 1879) , but can be distinguished from the latter by the following characters: 1, paracymbium with a distinct triangle-shaped subapical appendage in N. hammeni , but not in N. albolimbata ( Figs 30A View FIGURE 30 , 31 View FIGURE 31 B–C); 2, the tip of terminal apophysis narrow in N. hammeni , but significantly broad in N. albolimbata ( Figs 30E View FIGURE 30 , 31D View FIGURE 31 ); 3, spermathecae pointing sideways, separated from each other in N. hammeni , but pointing mesally, close with each other in N. albolimbata ( Figs 30 View FIGURE 30 G–H, 32D–E).
