Anteon pahanganum Olmi 1991: 162; He & Xu 2002: 200; Xu et al. 2012a: 7.
Description of Male. Fully winged; length 2.1–2.6 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna testaceous; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs testaceous. Antenna filiform; antennal segments in following proportions: 12:6:6:6:6:6:6:6:6:8. Head dull, reticulate rugose; frontal line complete; POL = 7; OL = 3.5; OOL = 5; OPL = 5; TL = 4; occipital carina complete. Scutum shiny, with anterior and lateral regions reticulate rugose; central and posterior regions smooth, punctate, unsculptured among punctures. In specimens from Indonesia scutum almost completely rugose, or very strongly punctate, with anterior surface very rugose. In specimen from China, Xunyangkan Town, scutum shiny, punctate, weakly alutaceous among punctures, with anterior fourth rugose and posterior fourth sculptured by weak irregular striae. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.4–0.6 length of scutum. Scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, unsculptured. Propodeum reticulate rugose, with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; posterior surface with two longitudinal keels and median area as rugose as lateral areas. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein shorter than proximal part (2.5:9). Paramere (Plate 38E) approximately as long as penis, without distal inner process. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
