Description of Female. Fully winged; length 2.0– 2.2 mm. Head black, except mandible and clypeus yellowwhitish; antenna black-brown, except segment 1 testaceous and segment 2 brown; mandible and clypeus yellowwhitish; mesosoma and metasoma black; fore- and midlegs testaceous; hindlegs black-brown, except tarsal segment 1 yellow and segments 2–5 brown. Antenna slightly clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 2.8:2:3:3.5:3.5:3.5:3:3:3:4. Head dull, granulated; frontal line absent (in specimen from China, Nanling National Nature Reserve, frontal line incomplete and present only in front of anterior ocellus, reaching about 0.5 length of face; in further specimen from China, Nanling National Nature Reserve, frontal line complete; in specimen from China, Xixia, frontal line incomplete and only present in anterior half of face); POL = 3; OL = 2; OOL = 2; OPL = 2,5; TL = 1,8; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli shorter than OPL (0,8:2.5); occipital carina complete. Scutum dull, granulated. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.65–0.70 length of scutum. Scutellum and metanotum dull, granulated. Mesopleuron granulated. Propodeum without transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface reticulate rugose; posterior surface with two longitudinal keels, median area smooth and lateral areas reticulate rugose. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands (in specimen from China, Nanling National Nature Reserve, distal half of fore wing slightly darkened). Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
