Remarks. Lissemys punctata was initially reported from Singapore based on the carcass of a shell found at USR on 4 May 1990 (Yong 1990). However, the remains were later reidentified as A. cartilaginea by I. Das (Ng & Lim 2010). Nonetheless, one individual of L. punctata was caught by fishermen on 9 August 2001 in an abandoned pond next to KR (Ng & Lim 2010). Lissemys punctata is native to India (TTWG 2021).
