TYPE:— CHINA, Kwangsi, 15 li S. of Nee Bai, border of Kweichow, 29 June 1928, R.C. Ching 6310 (holotype SYS, n.v., isotypes IBK [ IBK 00191445], NY [ NY 00546774], PE [ PE 00029513])
Notes: — Tsiang (1936: 122) noted that the types for the new species by him described are deposited at the herbarium of the Botanical Institute, Sun Yatsen University (SYS) unless otherwise indicated. I have not been able to locate the holotype of H. renchangii at SYS, and in case it is missing the PE duplicate [ PE 00029513] is to be intended as a lectotype, here designated under Art. 9.9 of the ICN ( McNeill et al. 2012).
