Charadrahyla esperancensis Canseco-Márquez et al., 2017 View in CoL . This new species of tree frog was described by these authors from the Sierra Madre de Oaxaca (SMO) at an elevation of 1,640 m in the vicinity of La Esperanza from within the Región Prioritaria para la Conservación Sierra Juárez, a community-based effort to preserve the cloud forests found therein.
Charadrahyla sakbah Jiménez-Arcos et al., 2019 View in CoL . These authors described this new species of tree frog from the cloud forests found at 1,390 m along the Chite ku’e river at San Isidro Paz y Progreso in the western portion of the Montaňas y Valles del Occidente (MVO) physiographic region.
Quilticohyla zoque Canseco-Márquez et al., 2017 View in CoL . This new species, originally placed in the genus Ptychohyla View in CoL , was described in part from material from tropical evergreen forest at 600 m from Chalchijapa in the Chimalapas region of northeastern Oaxaca in the Sierra Madre de Chiapas (SMC) physiographic region.
