Senior homonym of Phyllophoridae Östergren, 1907 (Echinodermata, type genus Phyllophorus Grube, 1840 ); the case must be referred to ICZN for a ruling ( ICZN Article 55.3.1). Within each taxon there is also a genus-level homonymy— Phyllophorella Karny, 1924b ( Orthoptera ) is a senior homonym of Phyllophorella Heding & Panning, 1954 (Echinodermata).
