“ Cyanosesia philippina sp. nov. ” — Gorbunov, Kallies, 1998: 458, figs 2, 4a–d. Type locality: “Surigao, Mindanao” [ Philippines, northern Mindanao Island , Province of Surigao]” Holotype ♂ ( BMNH).

DISTRIBUTION. Known from islands of Luzon and Mindanao, the Philippines.
