Diagnosis. Body black, only tarsi mostly whitish; fore wing hyaline with apex black. Head smooth and shining; vertex with inconspicuous fine punctures; mesoscutum shining, with coarse transverse carinae which are stronger posteriorly, but few punctures; hind coxa smooth and shining.
