Type:— YPM PB 028758 (Yale Peabody Museum of Natural History, Yale University, New Haven, USA). Geography:—Metzel Ranch, Ruby Basin, Madison County, Montana, USA.
Stratigraphy:—Oligocene.
Status:—Leaves.

Note:—The fossil-species is compared with extant Frangula californica .
