Material examined. N. Lebanon: Tannourine El Tahta, Wadi Ain Al Raha , 1187 m, 21.vi.2017, 1♂, leg. M. Boustani, det. P. Rosa, on Asteraceae : Echinops gaillardotii ( TCFNR) .
Distribution. Lebanon. Widely distributed from Europe to North Africa, from the Caucasus to Central Asia ( Rosa et al. 2019). Considered to be a declining and endangered species, included in the Red Lists of some European countries and Russia.
