Type locality — Holotype male: Brazil, Bahia: Encruzilhada, Estrada Rio-Bahia, km 965, Motel da Divisa , 960 m (MNRJ—destroyed during the fire in 2018).

Distribution — Brazil (Bahia, Espírito Santo).

Remarks. The gender of the species-group name is correted because the genus is feminine gender.
