Distribution: MA to FL to OK and KS to southern ON. Kentucky specimens are from the eastern third of the state (Map 155).

Collection methods: Sugar trap (17)

Larval host plants: Carya alba and C. glabra are the only known larval hosts ( MacRae 2000)

Comments: All Madison County specimens were collected by EGC with fermenting sugar traps.
