Diagnosis. Deleproctophylla dusmeti can be easily distinguished from its congeneric species in Asia by the hyaline forewing and a large brown spot just below pterostigma in hind wing. In addition, distinct diagnostic characters for this widespread species comprise the brownish yellow pterostigma and the pale greyish Sc vein in both wings, the hind femur with brown spot, and the position of short median process on male ectoprocts at middle half ( Monserrat et al. 2014: figs 3A–C; Rodríguez-Flores et al. 2017: figs 1A–B, 7A–B).
Distribution. Pakistan (exact location unknown, it might be distributed in the northern areas); Azerbaijan, France, Spain, Turkey ( Dobosz & Ábrahám 2007; Oswald 2020).
