Discussion. Established by Bohn-Havas (1973) as subspecies of Terebra hungarica Halaváts, 1884 based on the larger blotches compared to ‘normal’ specimens. These specimens represent a Tiarapirenella species.
Distribution in Central Paratethys. Pannonian Basin: Pécsszabolcs, Várpalota ( Hungary) ( Bohn-Havas 1973).
