Distribution: India: Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Chattisgarh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Goa, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and West Bengal. Elsewhere: Sri Lanka ( Smetacek, 1994, Shubhalaxmi, et al., 2011; Chandra, et al., 2014; Sondhi, et al., 2021).

Host Plant: Grewia asiatica ( Malvaceae ) ( Singh & Sondhi, 2021).

Remark: Species have been reported first time from Jharkhand.
