Diduga alternota Bucsek, 2014 View in CoL , Erebidae View in CoL , Arctiinae ( Lithosiinae , Arctiini ) of Malay Peninsula˗ Malaysia (Suppl.): 8, pl. 1: 11, 11a. TL: Peninsular Malaysia (Pahang dist., Endau Rompin State Park).

Distribution. Vietnam, Laos, Thailand, Cambodia, Peninsular Malaysia, Indonesia.

Additional material examined. 1♂, 1♀, Vietnam, Hatay Prov., Ba Vi Natl. Pk., 1080m, 19–20 Jul 2010, J.B. Heppner, adults no. FLMNH-MGCL1174143, 1174144 for males 1174197 for female and genitalia slide no. UB ˗12951-male, UB˗12981-female (deposited in MGCL).

Remarks. This species was reported from Vietnam (Vinh Phuc and Hatay (Hanoi) Provinces) by Bayarsaikhan and Bae (2019).
