Subgenital plate broadened subbasally, provided with 3 irregular rows of microsetae marginally, outer microsetae distinctly blunter than the inner ones; distal row of microsetae with several basal ones thickened ( Fig. 47 View FIGURES 44 - 52 ). Style apical dorsal branch with subapical tooth short and acute, apical tooth indistinct; basal part broadened ( Figs 48, 49 View FIGURES 44 - 52 ). Connective somewhat triangular, with two arms long ( Fig. 50 View FIGURES 44 - 52 ). Measurement: Male length 1.0mm (anterior dorsum length, excluding wing).

Material examined: Holotype: 3, CHINA, Yunnan Prov., Ruili, Mengxiu, 2-v-1981, coll. Yang Jikun. ( CAU).

Diagnosis: Similar to I. dworakowski , but with different shape of connective, and aedeagus with dorsal apodeme well developed, preatrial processes arising far from shaft, with dorsal branch much thicker than ventral one. Etymology: The specific epithet is derived from Latin prefix “bi-” and Latin word “furcatus” which refers to shape of preatrial processes of aedeagus.
