Crown yellowish, with two beige semilunar patches at transition from crown to face. Posterior margin of crown with brown streak medially. Face yellowish. Eyes blackish. Pronotum yellowish, with two irregular brown stripes below eyes and parallel to anterior margin. Basal triangles of mesonotum blackish. Fore wing beige.
Male genitalia: Pygofer with about 4 macrosetae at cephalo-ventral angle of lobe ( Fig. 11a View FIGURE 11 ); apex of dorsal appendage bifurcated, upper tooth slightly longer than the lower one ( Figs 11b, c View FIGURE 11 ). Style with apical tooth slightly shorter than subapical tooth ( Fig. 11d View FIGURE 11 ). Aedeagal shaft straight, dorsal margin serrated medially, ventral margin expanded subapically, subapical processes slender (one missing) and long; preatrial process with base broad, apex nearly reaching gonopore; gonopore central ( Figs 11f, g View FIGURE 11 ).
Measurement: Male 3.05mm.
Material examined: Holotype: ♂ [ NWAFU], CHINA: Shaanxi Prov., Liuba County, 6.x.1980, coll. Ma Ning.
Remarks: This new species is similar to A. maculosa Dworakowska , but differs in having the aedeagal shaft with the dorsal margin serrated and the ventral margin expanded subapically, and the preatrial process shorter.
Etymology: This new species is named after its type locality “Liuba”.
