Type specimens. Holotype macropterous male, Australia, North Queensland, Mossman Bluff Track, 5–10 km W Mossman, site 9, 1260m, Flt. Intercept., 17–31.xii.1988, Monteith, Thompson & ANZSES ( QM) . Paratypes [all macropterous males]: 2, same data as holotype; 1 (dissected), same except 20.xii.1989 15.i.1990 ; 2 (1 dissected), same except site 8, 1180; 2 (1 dissected), same except 17-31.xii.1988; 1, same except site 1, 250m, 1–16.i.1989; 2, same except 20.xii.1989 – 15. i.1990 . (all QM).
