Current status. Junior objective synonym of Smaragdina Chevrolat, 1836 View in CoL (see MONRÓS & BECHYNÉ 1956, SEENO & WILCOX 1982, RILEY et al. 2003, REGALIN & MEDVEDEV 2010). Comments. Carmentis Gistel, 1848 was proposed as an unnecessary new replacement name for Smaragdina Chevrolat, 1836 View in CoL ( GISTEL 1848a).
