Geographical distribution: endemic to the Caribbean subregion, occurring in Cuba and Puerto Rico islands. Material from Cuba: Camaguey, 10.VIII. 1924, J. Acuña leg., 3 ɗ, 1 Ψ (KU) ( Hungerford 1948). Habitat: habitat preference data not available; known only from the type-series.
