Light microscopy (LM):—Cuticle striated. Epidermal cell: anticlinal cell wall straight to curved, stomata paracytic, stomatal index: 6.11 ±0.96. Trichomes not found.

Scanning electron microscopy (SEM):—The thick-walled ridge striated with micro-papillae cutin.
